Order Dispatching and Shipping Timeline

Thanks for shopping at T-shirt Truck. Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours and are usually delivered within 4-5 working days after they are shipped. For COD orders, we will get in touch with you on WhatsApp for the order confirmation. Only after confirmation we will dispatch the order.

If your shipping address is in a remote area that is not easily accessible by regular courier companies, the delivery of your order may take a little longer. 

 

Order Cancellation

Once the order is placed, you can cancel your order before it’s shipped. Go to your account section and then to orders. Click on cancel. You can also send us a message on WhatsApp, if you wish to cancel the order. We will notify you through an e-mail once the order gets cancelled. No charges will be applied in this case.

However, you cannot cancel the order once it’s been shipped. In that case you can reject the package during the time of delivery. You will be charged cancellation fee of 100 Rupees. The balance amount will be transferred to your bank account in 7 working days. 

In case, if you want to edit your order we request you to cancel the whole order and place a fresh order. You can drop an e-mail with the order ID and at connect@tshirttruck.in or send us a message on WhatsApp.

 

Track your orders

Once your order is picked up, you will receive a message on WhatsApp from Shiprocket with the tracking Id from. You can follow the link and track your order.

Undelivered Orders

For some reason, if you aren’t available to receive the product, our courier partners will attempt delivery the next day, until 3 times. If there’s no response from you, then your order will be returned to the origin. Refunds will be made in 7 working days. You can place the order again with the correct shipping details.
