1. How long does it take to receive the orders?
Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours and are usually delivered within 5 working days after they are shipped. If your shipping address is in a remote area that is not easily accessible by regular courier companies, the delivery of your order may take a little longer.
2. Do you accept COD orders?

3. How do I track my orders?
Once your order is picked up, you will receive a message on WhatsApp from Shiprocket with the tracking Id. You can follow the link and track your order.

4. What if the received product is damaged or you’ve received the wrong product?
In that case, we will arrange a reverse pick up. Once we’ve received the product in our warehouse, we will examine the product, post which your full amount will be refunded to the bank account you’ve used for the payment. It will take 3-4 working days to process refunds.
5. What if my order is undelivered?
For some reason, if you aren’t available to receive the product, our courier partners will attempt delivery the next day, until 3 times. If there’s no response from you, then your order will be returned to the origin. Prepaid orders in this case will get refund within 7 working days. You can place the order again with the correct shipping details.
1. What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all products irrespective of the order amount or payment mode. However, if you don’t like the product or have size-related issues, we will arrange a reverse pick up, for which you will be charged 80 Rupees.
1. Can I cancel my order before it’s shipped?
Yes you can cancel your order before it’s shipped. Go to your account section and then to orders. Click on cancel. You can also send us a message on WhatsApp, if you wish to cancel the order. We will notify you through an e-mail once the order gets cancelled. No charges will be applied in this case.
2. Can I cancel my order after it’s shipped?
You cannot cancel the order once it’s been shipped. In that case you can reject the package during the time of delivery. You will be charged cancellation fee of 100 Rupees. The balance amount will be transferred to your bank account in 7 working days.
3. Can I edit my order before it’s shipped?

Refunds and Exchanges
1. How long is the refund policy applicable?
Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accept return or exchange.
If you request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, your refund will be processed in the next 4-5 working days in your bank account used to make the payment once the product has been received back to us. A full/partial refund will be initiated subject to the reason of return.
2. How do I return a product?

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We'll arrange a pick up.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed.
3. What are the reverse pick-up charges?
If you don’t like the product/color or have size-related issues, we will arrange a reverse pick up, for which you will be charged 80 Rupees. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, the remainder of the amount will be credited to your bank account post. You can then, place a new order with preferred size/color.
And, if the received product is damaged in transit or you’ve received the wrong product, we will arrange a reverse pick up. Once we’ve received the product in our warehouse, we will examine the product, post which your full amount will be refunded to the bank account you’ve used for the payment. It will take 7 working days to process refunds.
4. What if you haven't received your refund amount?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us on WhatsApp
