If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accept return or exchange.
If you request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, your refund will be processed in the next 4-5 working days in your bank account used to make the payment once the product has been received back to us. In case of Cash on Delivery, we will get in touch with you asking for your bank details. Refunds will be processed within 3-4 working days. A full/partial refund will be initiated subject to the reason of return.

Enter your Order ID or AWB number sent to you via WhatsApp from Shiprocket when your order was dispatched.
On entering the AWB number, your order status will show up, along with the “Request Return” button. Click on it.
A pop-up will appear asking you for your phone number used for ordering the product. Enter the number and you will receive an OTP.
Once you’ve entered your OTP number, you will be asked to enter the reason for your return along with the support comments and images. Click Next.
Note: In case of a wrong/damaged product, you will be required to send us images. If you fail to produce images, your return request will be declined
In case of multiple items in an order, you can choose to return one or all of them. Select the items you wish to return. Click Next.
A confirmation pop-up will appear stating the submission of your return. Go back to tracking page and you will see that your request has been successfully received by us.
Allow us sometime to review your request (24-48 hours). We might get in touch with you on your WhatsApp number if we need some information.
Finally, once your request has been accepted, the same will be displayed on the order tracking page. Our courier partner will visit your place to pick it up. Once the product has been received by us, they will be subjected to thorough quality checks.
